Com­pa­ny

CPC-Bul­ga­ria is a sub­si­dia­ry of CPC-Ger­ma­nia which par­ti­ci­pa­tes in the who­le EPC pro­cess of RES ener­gy parks in Bal­kans. It was regis­tered in Janu­a­ry 2009 and its sub­ject of acti­vi­ty is the deve­lo­p­ment of pro­jects for pro­duc­tion of electri­ci­ty from rene­wa­ble ener­gy sources and con­struc­tion of ener­gy parks.

Expe­ri­ence

The com­pa­ny has a pro­ven and long prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence on both local and inter­na­tio­nal mar­ket in the pro­vi­si­on of high qua­li­ty ser­vices in the field of pro­ject finan­cing and management.
CPC-Bul­ga­ria built a team of experts in dif­fe­rent fiel­ds – legal advi­sers, geo­de­sists, finan­cial experts, accoun­t­ants, engi­neers, eco­lo­gists and other experts.

Coope­ra­ti­on in the field of preli­mi­na­ry fea­si­bi­li­ty stu­dies and acti­vi­ties for various invest­ment projects;

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on of spe­ci­fic con­tracts for pro­per­ty rights (con­struc­tion, usa­ge, etc.) and land owners negotiations;

Construction 

Collec­tion of the necessa­ry docu­ments con­cer­ning the envi­ron­men­tal and land use regulations;

Design of pro­ject maps for gene­ral faci­li­ties and sup­por­ting infra­st­ruc­tu­re and obtai­ning spe­ci­fic state­ments for electri­ci­ty grid connection;

Finan­cial plan­ning and control;

Moni­tor chan­ges in the Bul­ga­ri­an and EU legis­la­ti­on regar­ding necessa­ry admi­nis­tra­ti­ve pro­ce­du­res, the sta­te poli­cy in rela­ti­on to the adop­ted EU regu­la­ti­ons and directives.

CPC – Bul­ga­ria is a com­pa­ny that pre­pa­res pro­jects up until the rea­dy-to-con­struct level and con­ducts the ent­i­re pro­cess of WEP crea­ti­on – fea­si­bi­li­ty stu­dies, poten­ti­al assess­ment, con­clu­si­on of rele­vant purcha­se con­tracts, obtai­ning necessa­ry per­mits, design of the faci­li­ties, finan­cial assi­s­tance, con­struc­tion and operation.

CPC – Bul­ga­ria is a mem­ber of the Ger­man-Bul­ga­ri­an Indus­tri­al-tra­de Cham­ber and Bul­ga­ri­an Wind Ener­gy Association.
